The castle opened its doors in 2008 to become a hospitable home and emblem of Château Copsa. This is a place where we keep the traditions alive, our best wine and the art of welcoming dear guests. We chose to build it from entirely authentic materials. It was designed by the architect Zheko Tilev and the medieval canons were strictly followed. Its massive stone walls are surrounded by hundred-year-old beams and the high cut windows add to the pleasure of the wine and the beautiful view of our vineyards.
Behind the rough façade Château Copsa has an eclectic and refined interior. The castle will accommodate you in 4 boutique rooms and one deluxe suite, and under the majestic arches on the first floor you will find the Le Cove Restaurant and its delicious menu.
Crystal chandeliers from Murano, Florentine plush and silk, antique decorations, solid oak furniture, marble from Zimbabwe, Egyptian cotton bedding - the spirit of the Minkov family and the passion for wine are recreated in every detail of the design. That is why the individual rooms are named after and present the bouquet of the five grape varieties we cultivate: Muscat, Chardonnay, Misket, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
On the last level of Château Copsa is situated our panoramic relaxation lounge and you will feel like a true royal person; most of all, when relaxing in the marble Jacuzzi, you can see the endless horizon, the green slopes of the mountains and the quiet sea of vineyards.
