EXCLUSIVE EVENTS
You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a variety of events organized only for Copsa Wine Club members. The events will take place in our new tasting location in Sofia or in the Chateau Copsa wine complex.
GUARANTEED PLACE
You’ll have the chance to sign up for events before everyone else finds out about them. This way, your place will be guaranteed even when our events have a limited number of visitors. Because loyalty matters!
HOW ARE POINTS EARNED?
With each order from our online store, you receive its equivalent in points. Example: BGN 10 earns you 10 points). When you add a product to your cart, there is a field that shows how many points you will add to your account. Signing up for the loyalty program is free, and if you subscribe to our email newsletter, you’ll receive 50 gift points.
HOW DO I GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
When you enroll in our loyalty program you automatically receive a level – Voyager. To move to the next level – Connoisseur, you need to accumulate 500 points. This happens automatically in our system. The highest level you can reach with us is Hedonist. This tier gives you the most benefits and opportunity for the most trade-in value.
HOW ARE POINTS EXCHANGED?
When you reach 500 points, you move into the second level of membership – Connoisseur. From here on, you are eligible to exchange points for products. In the Connoisseur level, the cashback value of the points is 3%, and in the Hedonist – 5%. Example: If a product costs BGN 10, it can be purchased in points for 200 points if you are at the Connoisseur level. If you are at the Hedonist level, the product will be purchasable for 100 points. The points in your account are valid for 1 year.
WHAT CAN THE POINTS BE USED FOR?
You will be able to use the points you collect in our online store for absolutely all products – wine, brandy, gift boxes, etc. You’ll have the option to either pay a portion of the amount due with points, or if you’ve collected enough, purchase the entire order with points. At each specific level, you can exchange points of a different value – when you reach Connoisseur level, you get 5% cashback, and at Hedonist, you get 10% cashback.
