- Stradivarius Blanc – a white, intensely aromatic blended wine created from the Red Karlovy Vary Misket and Muscat varieties – we pair this wine with salty French goat cheese candy, dried fruit and nuts and sourdough bread chips with activated charcoal.
- Chateau Copsa – Cuvee Blanc – a white, blended wine from the white varieties of our vineyards – we pair this wine with a steamed pancake with mascarpone mousse and home-marinated salmon.
- Stradivarius Rouge – a red wine resulting from the blending of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon – we pair this wine with pork tenderloin with black garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed asparagus and pepper sauce.
- Chateau Copsa Cuvee Rouge – a wine our winery is proud of, a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – we pair this wine with bruschetta with homemade sourdough bread, foie gras terrine and pear.
- 5VE – blended red wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah varieties. Our top five casks have been selected with a captivating flavor of black berries combined with chocolate and peppers – we pair this wine with prosciutto crudo rolls with cheese mousse with dried cranberries, walnuts and sprouts.
