1. Arlecchino Sauvignon Blanc
Wine with a pale lemon shade and a distinguished flavour of green grass, lemon peel and citrus – we combine this wine with a pink tomato and grilled goat cheese with arugula.
2. Angelica Rosé
A rosé wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. This wine has been granted an award at the International Wine Challenge exposition and has earned a silver medal from Vinaria in 2018. A fine aroma of strawberry, raspberry and forest fruits – we combine the wine with Artichoke with quail egg and prosciutto.
3. Château Copsa Cuvée rouge
Wine our winery prides itself on – a classical blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. An elegant aroma of ripe black and red fruits – we combine it with Foie Gras and red onion confit with caramel sauce.
4. Stradivarius Rouge
Red wine, a result of blending Sira, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fine notes of black fruits, plum and dark chocolate can be sensed.
