You will have the opportunity to participate in the Grape Harvest and in an ancient grape crushing ritual. Delicious food, a visit to the cellar, a master class with a story about wine, music, dancing and prizes await you! We will put an exciting and fitting end to the day with a Wine Tasting Dinner at the Castle!

08:30 a.m. – We will start the day with a rich buffet breakfast on the terraces of La Cav restaurant in Chateau Copsa
10:00 a.m. – Opening of the 2022 Vintage
Chateau Copsa oenologists Madlena and Angel will open the Vintage. Wine specialist Ivan Makedonski will talk about wine production, the path of the grapes from the vineyard to the bottle and about the terroir of the Rose Valley wine region.
