TASTING OF "Chateau Copsa Allegro"

1. Chateau Copsa Sauvignon Blanc Single Vineyard + White
chocolate with lemon and orange
The white chocolate we use is also whipped
from the Italian Alps, and its sweetness correspond-
ra with the fresh citrus of lemon and orange, with which
sprinkle the crispy bits generously.

2. Stradivarius Blanc + Chocolate with
spices and ginger
Chocolate with Single origin chocolate from Ghana
and aromatic spices to the velvety-melting taste
to this extremely high class chocolate we added
mix of warm spices – cinnamon, cloves, cardamom,
a little nutmeg and ginger, to finish.

3. Alegria Merlot + Chocolate with prunes and walnuts
Chocolate bars with chocolate with 54% cocoa content
janiye from Venezuela and Ecuador, prunes and walnuts.
A classic combination of dark chocolate, natural
sweet prunes and crunchy walnuts.
We roast the walnuts ourselves before putting them in
our chocolates to be crunchy, delicious and to avoid
impurities containing gluten.

4. Stradivarius Selection Rouge + Milk chocolate with
natural black cherry
At its base, we put refined milk chocolate with
milk from the Italian Alps.
We added natural dried cherries for a slight acid-
and pink pepper for spiciness and flavor.
