by wooden carts or personal transport, where you will be welcomed with rosé wine “Angelica”, rose lemonade, and a delicious homemade breakfast
09:30 – Musical performance
(flute) by Elisaveta Kadieva and introduction to the “Rose Harvest” tradition
10:00 – “Rose Harvest”
ritual led by Elena Petrova
15:30 – 16:30 – Herbal workshop / Pottery class
You can also enjoy our Relax Zone. You may choose a massage or therapy with Damascena rose. These services are paid extra. Advance booking is required at least 7 days before arrival.

of two wines from our new collection)

at Restaurant La Cave with a four-course menu paired with selected Chateau Copsa wines, with live music performance by our guest artist
