A white wine from the Misket grape variety that showcases this unique Bulgarian grape variety at its best – we pair this white wine with an Arugula & Iceberg Lettuce Mix, avocado, shrimp and citrus dressing.

Chardonnay Single Vineyard

A white wine created from our Chardonnay vineyards that is not aged in oak and shows freshness, lightness and pleasure to consume – we pair this white wine with Midi Saint Jacques with a pea pastel and lemon accent.

Angelica Rosé

Rosé created from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. This wine was awarded a prize at the International Wine Challenge and a silver medal at the 2018 Vintneria. It has subtle aromas of strawberry, raspberry and berries – we pair this wine with Camembert with a crust of sliced almond and blueberry jam.

5 VE

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. Selected from our highest quality five barrels with a compelling taste of black berries combined with chocolate and peppercorns – we pair this wine with Lamb Chop on carrot, orange and thyme.

8 TH

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot red wines. Eight top quality barrels selected with intense aromas of ripe black fruits – we pair this wine with Veal Medallion with porcini mushrooms, roasted garlic and rosemary.

Rosalza

A grape elixir created from our own vineyards located in the Rose Valley. Aged for 5 years in Bulgarian oak resulting in an amber colour – we pair it with Chocolate Truffle.
