2. Zeyla Chardonnay
A white wine created from our Chardonnay vineyards, which is aged for a short time in oak barrels and shows freshness, lightness, and pleasure for consumption.

3. Zeyla Rosé
Soft pink wine, possessing exceptional characteristics of freshness and aroma. It has a light body and a balanced taste.

4. Zeyla Merlot
A red wine with a deep ruby color and a medium body. The aroma is fruity and intense. The tasting is accompanied by a platter of traditional Bulgarian cheeses from a local producer and selected meat delicacies prepared according to Chateau Kopsa’s recipe.
